CERTIFIED LIFELONG LEARNING TRAINER – CYQF/EQF LEVEL 5, LONG-DURATION PROGRAM.

Program Description: This comprehensive program provides advanced training in contemporary pedagogical methods and adult education techniques. Its primary objective is to develop participants’ professional competencies for the effective design, organization, delivery and evaluation of adult learning programs. Upon completion, participants are eligible to undergo assessment for certification as a Lifelong Learning Trainer in accordance with the CYQF/EQF Level 5 standard established by ANAD.

  • Explain the significance of effective workplace relationships within the context of adult education.
  • Distinguish between the learning needs of both the group and the organization.
  • Identify and describe the foundational theories underpinning adult education.
  • Formulate learning objectives for knowledge, skills, and competencies using appropriate action verbs.
  • Analyze the four occupational areas of the EEC standard and the tasks associated with each area.
  • Identify training needs at multiple levels (sector, organization, individual).
  • Clearly and concisely articulate the purpose of training programs.

  • Evaluate training programs using appropriate evaluation models.
  • Select and apply the most suitable type of evaluation for each context.
  • Design effective evaluation tools, defining assessment criteria, instruments, and techniques.
  • Choose appropriate question types and measurement scales for assessment tools.
